The Website provides information regarding the hotels of the network and enables the purchase of hospitality packages at hotels operated and managed by the Company and/or its affiliates and/or third parties (the “Company” and/or the “Operator” and/or the “Restaurant”).
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, shall govern the use of the Website and shall constitute the legal basis for any matter between the User and the Company.
